To ensure the prompt and successful delivery of your digital products and services, please ensure that the provided delivery information is accurate and complete. We rely on the information you provide to deliver your digital purchases efficiently. Please review the following guidelines:

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that your email address, phone number, and any other required delivery details are entered correctly during the checkout process.
  • We recommend using correct abbreviations and inserting spaces properly to avoid any delivery errors.
  • We do not take responsibility for any delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Non-Deliverable Packages:

  • In the event that a package is returned to us as non-deliverable due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, we will issue a store credit for the net price of the item(s) minus the shipping charge.

Refused Shipments:

  • Customers who refuse shipments will be responsible for the original shipping charges incurred, as well as the cost of returning the package to us. These costs will be deducted from any applicable refunds.

Shipping Confirmation:

  • If your tracking information confirms delivery but you have not received your digital products or services, please address this matter with your email service provider or digital platform.
  • We do not hold responsibility for digital products or services that are marked as delivered but not received by the customer. Refunds will not be issued for such cases.

Order Processing Time:

  • Our maximum handling time for processing orders is 1 – 3 business days for order processing and an additional 3 – 6 business days for transit time (Monday to Friday) during regular business hours (GMT).

Order Cut-off Time:

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) Monday through Friday with a successfully processed credit card authorization will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (GMT) Monday through Thursday will be processed on the following business day.
